Well I had my last doctors appt. on Thursday and I was cleared to do what I wanted but not to "over do" it. ( back decompression) Happy as a clam I'll tell ya....but Friday I wake up with a little sore throat and by night fall, I'm dying. OMG I have what I believe is just a cold but its kicking my rear end. And to top it off we have beautiful weather for the next week. I have a planned hunt (Thursday) to try and retrieve a lost ring, well by golly I'm going. I should be fine but dang enough already.....😷

Doctors appt. Did you sit in a waiting room with other "patients" or ride on an elevator with other "patients" in a medical facility? 24 to 36 hours after that appointment seems just about the right amount of time for the bug you were exposed to at that clinic to start showing symptoms. Clinics and medical centers are full of sick people spreading germs. I worked in huge medical centers and was constantly sick. Not sick nearly as often since retirement. Hope you feel like making that hunt.

I actually think it may have been at a restaurant we ate at the day before. I just hope I didn't pass it around, colds and whatever just plain suck. I never hit the elevator button with my finger, I'll use my elbow or knuckle, I've seen some gross stuff with people and buttons and screens...ick.
