This is most of the jewelry I dug since my last little gold find. Some other junk jewelry got tossed. It may be possible water hunting chest deep is over for the year? Sure sign of the goldless metal age we now live in. Hopefully winter old stuff will be more kind on the gold. Worse streak I ever had finding so much non gold jewelry. Big biker stainless skull ring was way out in a runout. Only signal out there. A lot of sand has pulled down into the ocean and it's quiet out there. Did have some fun playing with some small black tip sharks on the last couple water hunts. Thought about grabbing one by the tail. But saw how far they can bend when you grab one by the tail when I have caught them fishing.

OUCH! So far I only have a light gold necklace, gold tooth grill, small flat piece off a monogram bracelet, light earring, light gold crown and a small piece of cremains gold. No gold rings at all. Usually do better in winter. Actually hate fresh drop season. But this is the most detecting I ever did during the summer. I'm remembering why I used to not go as much in summer. Hopefully the winter season is kind to us all. I donate the weird gold finds $ to the Humane Society on my birthday in September. I hope they don't need my $ badly.

At nearly $2000usd/oz it's only going to get worse. Inflation in the real economy is something like 25% in the last 12 months, and gold is only up 10%.

Watched a show about Vibrio last night... it may turn out to be a global problem that will keep everyone out of the water... its moving around the globe so fast... ships use water from where they start off from filling their ballasts with it and then off load it when they reach their destination and off loading Vibrio at same time...
