I got a new pistol

That is a nice pistol Tabdog.. and has a tactical light rail as well.... I favor .45's in semi pistols and love the .44 in revolvers (I have the Ruger Super Blackhawk as my favorite sixshooter). My Colt custom pistol in .45 is one sweet gun. RickO

Not in South Carolina. You can have a loaded pistol in the glove box with out a permit to carry as long as you are not a convicted felon. The magazine is in my Ar15 for the picture. The ammo can is in the corner of the trunk with the Magazines. Long guns can be carried with no special permit required. I do have my Concealed Weapons Permit. Even if it were Illegal my thought is... Better to be alive and judged by 12 than dead and carried by 6.

I have 10 years as a Deputy Sheriff.
Now I am a Private Investigator and a Captain with AP Security Services doing personal security.

I kinda hoped the mag in the AR was for a photo. Being in LE you can do just about anything you want. LOL

Maniac, I read the Wiki piece on your machine gun. Good to know young men are still having fun with guns in your country. Even if you have to join the service to do it.

tabdog, did you get more than one magazine with the Taurus? And do you know if Beretta magazines will work in the Taurus?

Nice shooter Tabdog. Taurus is the Tesoro of the gun world. Less expensive than most, good quality and a lifetime warranty. I have a Taurus 9 shot .22 revolver in stainless with the 2" barrel. No problems and a lot of fun!

Hay Old Town,

My P99 came with two 17 round mags.

I do not know about the Beretta mags, but they
probably do.

You can find replacement mags. They are real common.

You can get 25 round or even 30 round mags that fit
the P99.

The 30 round mags hang low,

Love it Tab! I sold my Taurus PT24/7 .40 to a buddy back in Virginia... not a huge Taurus fan, but for the price, I'd love to get a PT1911 Custom... in a .45 naturally :)

I own a Taurus SS PT1911 custom and a Colt 1911 Gold Cup Trophy Stainless. Without a doubt the Taurus performs just as well as the Colt.

The price of the Taurus was a couple of hundred dollars less.

Taurus has been making some sweet pieces for some time now and at a great price.

Congrats Tabdog.
