Hey guys thanks for having me. I've been pokin round here for a few days and figured this is probably a good place to start diggin for the information I'm lookin for. I want to get started in metal detecting with my daughter. I have a ton of questions to ask. I've used a detector before but a long time ago. I do some gold prospecting and have good patience and a lot of persistence. So I suppose all that is left is finding a decent detector and a little help from the wise. I'm interested in the Tesoro Silver. I will be detecting in the woods and along a river bank. I know for a fact there is a goodly amount of black sand in the area ( pyrite) and such. Thanks again. Do most of my prospecting around the Pauline area. Been lucky a few times. Ready to try my hand at detecting...just a way to broadin my horizons and have a little more fun with my daughter. I'm not really after gold per say with a detector,just wanna see what I can find.
