The postman was good to me today. :) HOORAY!

I joked around earlier this week that I was gonna buy the same equipment that I had a few years ago because I didn't feel like changing my signature line here at the Friendly Metal Detecting Forums. Only I wasn't kidding. LOL!

Tesoro Cibola.
Lesche.
Killer B's.

Hit a rough patch in my life a few years ago and sold anything that wasn't bolted down including my metal detecting equipment. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed this hobby. I'm back on my feet again and things have improved for the better so I re-ordered new gear... the exact same gear that I had a few years ago. I had no desire in changing up or re-learning what I had been already accustomed to...

I really loved my Cibola at the time. I dug a lot of cool targets and am looking forward to getting back out there again.

I'm doing some scounting on bing at the moment and I figure I'll hit it hard when the sun comes up tomorrow make a day of it. :) Looking forward to continued learning and sharing my finds and adventures with the rest of you diggers!

Enjoy your weekend, kids!

Good Luck on your maiden voyage with the new machine! May it pay for itself in gold and silver!!

Glad you are over the rough patch, we all have em and they make us stronger hopefully. Good Luck! Post pics of your finds!

Nice new gear!

Back in the swing . Great news. I am in the neighborhood . I'm new to this gig this year, I chose a tesoro also to hone my skills , good luck and report often

well welcome back. did you ever use any other machine? the good thing is that you have experience on it. you'll be digging up some goodies in no time!

Honestly, I've not used any other machine. I didn't want to factor in a learning curve and I really liked my last Cibola. I felt comfortable with it and got back out today.

Just like ridin' a bike. ;)
