When I sent mine it was Priority mail 2-3 days. I also got delivery confirmation and insured it. So I had a tracking # for it. Also I wrote a detailed letter with what I had,gold, silver, carets and weight. I said for them to call me when they received it so I can see what Gold was at for the day and if I wanted to close out or not. So they called me the day they received it and I told them what I wanted them to do. I sent my stuff on a Wednesday, they received it 2 days later which was that Friday. I received my check the following Saturday. So it was like 1 1/2 weeks. Call them and speak to JOHN, he is really good and will help you. ( If you didn't leave any instructions you wont hear anything.) My first time dealing with them it took 2 weeks to get my check. Good Luck!

Thanks. Per their site I gave them all my contact info. Name, address, phone, email and I wrote down "settlement for check".

I just put my stuff in a priority mail box, insured it, and got delivery confirmation. Not too expensive. In the box I included name, address, yadda, yadda and told them to send a check to my address. They did, and it arrives by regular mail. (kinda spooked me, thought I had screwed up).
