I had a great weekend, finally people are starting to get back in the water again. Had a weird jumpy signal and dug it and out came a pull tab. Swung the hole again and there was a signal deeper, dug it and it was a beautiful 18k ring.....the feeling you get when you see yellow in the scoop. The following day I got a kids 10k ring which was amazing as I dug so much other junk trying to learn everything about my new detector the Nokta Legend. Its a good detector and survived probably 10 hours underwater but hoping to get the Excal running for next weekend.

I love those older rings. They are older, right? They look like small versions of one of my grandfathers rings.

Yes it is a very nice detector for the price. Not sure it will replace the Excal but definetly has its place.
