My hunting buddy absolutely kills it with his T2. His machine picks up a lot of small lead, cuff buttons and things that my Minelabs miss. The Minelabs hit hard on larger caliber musket balls, but the small thing it misses especially if they are pretty deep.

Nice find Ryan! Looks to me like a William III halfpenny, 1695 - 1701. I've found a couple of those here and in england. HH

awesome find I swing a T2 se youll love it it goes plenty deep and is super sensitive on small targets
