Great find!!! I'm sure hoping it is a genuine natural pink diamond. Pink diamonds are only mined at one mine in Australia. A good quality .5 caret can bring $50,000!!! Good luck with your find. If it's not a natural stone it's still a darn nice find. regards

I am surprised that a pink diamond that could cost as much as $60K is set in 14K, I would think it would be set in platinum. Get it checked out at a trustworthy jeweler and get it appraised.
Its the mounts that should be platinum - always a give away to a decent stone is when those prongs holding are platinum. They are not necessarily marked as being platinum either which makes it difficult to tell if gold has been added over the top to keep the colour the same as the main ring.
Its an excellent find and will be interesting to see confirmation of what it is. My question on the ring would be those small stud diamonds at the sides - why put no value studs alongside a pink diamond? Having said that its probably a custom made ring and people have the oddest idea's about what they want.
Also found a large stone set in silver, it appears to be the center piece of a bracelet
