My house was built in 1978 and was a rental for years before I bought it. Have found nearly 200 Zincolns and hundreds of Bud Light bottle caps all in a semi-circle around front and rear porch. I think the tenants just flung both into the yard from where they were sitting/standing. No silver and a little clad.

A backyard find is what turned me on to MDing. I was mowing my backyard and I just happened to notice part of a horse shoe sticking out of the ground. I thought "What else could be down there?". My yard never turned up much for goodies since it was built in the 50's. Lots of clad but no silver yet. Best place for yard coins for me was on a direct line from my front door to the mailbox and around the mailbox area. Weird. Now that I have my AT-Pro, I think I should spend some time in the front yard again.
