that was just flat out bad. I was hoping the first show might actually show some basic ettiquette or something. I was expecting them to explain that you have properly fill holes, etc.

I don't know what you guys think but I believe our hobby is safe for now. I don't see these retards and their antics prompting too many people to rush out to strike it rich as we were fearing.

I would also like a refund on that hour of my life.

Yep, if all four people who watch the second show rush right out and buy detectors, I can't see it having too much effect on the hobby.

The only part of the show that struck a chord with me was when they were detecting James Island. I lived on James Island for two years; but that was well before I had any interest in metal detecting. I probably had Civ Juice all over my yard and didn't know it.

I agree with everyone on here. The show stunk! CIV? CIV? (Or was it SIV? Who cares?) You gotta be kidding? The highlight of both shows was the weiner dog! Nothing good is gonna come out of this show. I think the producers got too involved in the other idiotic show...American Weed.

diggers done wrong

though the characters in the show are lame, however they didnt seed the ground for the guys to find stuff.after reading the posts so far they should have started out with some basic ettiquete which they did not . i dont however see alot of people going out & buying mds by the gross but who knows. if that is what happens there will be alot of used mds on the market in a couple of months lol. doesnt look like they got the right stuff on this one

some of you guys are dooshbags too!!!if you know anything about dvd digers.you would know they have over 6 dvd,s under the name "extream metal detecting" they got more time in the field then you newbys.that goofy stuff is their style. it beats a boring wana be you tube vid.your all just hating becouse it aint you. couch quarterbacks ......

The bad part is how much they exaggerated the values if the finds. The good news it isn't like Nat Geo is a hugely popular channel. On the other hand I had 6 non md'ing friends text me that this show was on.
