You sure did. UNFORTUNATELY you were the SECOND one to pick that number and so your choice did not count.

As per the rules posted:

I used a random number generator to pick 20 numbers for 20 days. The person closest to the number qualifies to win. If there is a tie, both people that guessed will qualify. If they chose the same number only the first person will qualify.

The only way two people can win is if someone picks a number higher and a number lower closest to the actual number. If you would have guessed 19 you would have qualified.

My reasoning behind the rule was simple. I have to take the time to go through all the numbers every day and find the winner. Anybody really interested in this prize should be able to look through the numbers posted for the day to choose a unique one.

PS. I am human and could very well make a mistake. I am glad you brought this to my attention so I could research it. If I do make a mistake I will automatically enter the person into the contest along with the person I thought was the winner. My intention is to have a fun contest, not upset anyone.
