Is there any value to these consecutive Silver Certificate star notes I found at my grandmother's?

Cool notes! I have a $20 star note I found in some change a few years ago. I bet with those being sequential serial numbers, a collector would like to have them.

1957 series...The 5-consecutive notes set would be around $60-$80
The 8-consecutive have folds, dropping value about half $35-$50. But it all about what people are willing to pay.

Common silver certificates aren't worth as much as most people think. In order to have even a small amount of value they need to be in crisp uncirculated condition. Yours have folds in them which hurts the value but you might be able to get a little bit more than face value from a collector.
