Well its monday and i said i would end it on monday since it seems everyone gave up lol.
You guys were on the wrong track thinking the WWII reference was about the coin, it wasn't. What it was referring to was the method of hiding the message. It is called a micodot, hiding text is a usually 1mm dot, it was used as a form of covert communication. The encryption was a simple -4, -3 and -2 meaning you had to add 4, 3 and or 2 to certain parts of the message. The message was
"The prize is a 1953D rsie"
Some of you were very close, you were just 1 or 2 letters off.
