Has anyone ever seen, used or owned a Bill Wyman metal detector?
I think this is the one Dirtydog.

I know these. He connected his name to it as he is a hunter too.
It's just a C-Scope metal detector. A well known and good brand.
C-scopes normally are fierce on small and thin stuff with their 17khz freq. Not that known as depth monsters but great on small/thin (think jewelery) and very old stuff (think celtic and roman).
You could compared it's performances and quality with tesoro detectors. Accept the difference in prices.
One small personal minor on this one, although it still would do great.
This Wyman one is a non-motion detector. I prefer a motion detector like the CS1MX or higher.

Yes, i own a simular one. A c-scope motion that is (without Bill's authograph). I love it.
(and it's very light to, so hunting for many hours)
Thanks beest for all the history. Seems to be a nice and inexpensive light weight detector.
