The last time I saw someone post finding more that one silver dollar like that it turned out to be a cache. A bulldozer broke open a buried container of silver dollars and they were strewn all over a yard. Thanks! I looked all around a radius of about 25 feet, but it was getting dark and starting to snow. Hopefully I will get another chance before the water level comes back up

Simply incredible ! Mind blowing finds is the ultimate category and this hunt in my mind is more then worthy . If there was a higher level say .....? Maybe..... Once in a lifetime never to be duplicated ultimate finds ??? I'm thinking you may have to move this post to that one , .

I have seen this story before and I too have found good stuff on the way back to the car. Funny you should mention that. Seems to happen to a lot of us.

The funny thing is, I found my gold coin the same way. Luck is obviously a huge part of this hobby, but you won't get lucky if you aren't persistent.
