For anyone wanting a cheap and effective wireless headphone setup, check out this aptx Bluetooth transmitter and aptx earbuds. I have been using them with my Deus 2 ws6 master and they work great! No noticeable lag. Only $45 total. I just use a little bit of Velcro to attach the transmitter to my detector shaft.

Now will this device work with all brands of detectors, I use a Vanquish 440. You said there's no noticeable lag does this ever cause any kind of noise interference on your machine?

It should work with any detector that has a 1/8 inch headphone jack. I’ve used the headphones alone with my equinox for years as it is aptx Bluetooth compatible. I’ve never noticed a lag. No, it doesn’t cause any interference at all.
