If it's any consolation, if what you had was indeed swimmer's itch, humans are a dead-end host for the parasites
You should be able to check with the local public health agency as to the latest reports/frequency of complaints, and they'll probably have some idea of whether it's 'itchy season' or not.

Thanks. It has only happened to me in this 1 Lake and I detect it 2 or 3 times a year. I just use waders or my drysuit to get around it.

Thank you Numil! I'm going to try and do my best in these final days until I come back. The old lira is useless (I wish we could go back), unless you are able to find certain years like if Im not mistaken a 1947 10 lira and some others. From what I read the 1947 10 lira is valued around 5 to 6 thousand euro! I hope this is what you meant by any good.
