Spent an obligatory hour in the fringes of same lakeside park woods with a total of two targets. A heavy copper disc? and a Scout tie.
This is my Third hunt in a row where I've walked out with a solitary silver dime.
Came up as an 80 on the Atpro at about 7 inches, I thought it was a wheat so I'm carelessly thrashing around with coin-scratcher and dinged it across her chest a little.
I thought it was going to be my forth Barber dime from this park as I saw the 'One Dime' side first. After flipping it around I'm trying to look for the liberty head through the mud and finally see its my long awaited for Seated Dime!
After filling my pants I came home to finally take that photo I've been wanting to take for the last two years - All five dimes in a row. I can now die happy
