Made up my mind which MD I'm buying, now to decide who to buy it from !

I been going back and forth between the Garret ATX and the ML CTX 3030. I'm going to buy the ML CTX 3030. I have an old Garrett Grandmaster Hunter CS2 from the 90's which is built like a tank. It still works ,but uncomfortable to hold for me. Plus I need a water beach MD.

Time to change ,plus I love some of the features that ML has that Garrett doesn't have . Yes the ATX is a great MD ,but it's time to change up and try a different brand.

Hopefully the sponsors see this post and tell me why I should place my order with them. I really

I don't buy anything from kellyco I support the small guy and they always seem to match the price.
 
Dont buy from kellyco, go with one of the other sponsers.. I havent done business with Bart at BBH but hear nothing but good things.
 
Bart, at Big Boys gets my vote!! And or anyone else but Kelly Co, they sell some really fraudulent products, including $230+ plumb bobs, that supposedly locate gold...

I have also heard a bunch of nightmare stories about their shipping times.. They are glad to take your money today, once they get enough orders they will then decide to ship you yours next month...

Bart has always answered all my questions, he gets back to you quick,

and his prices are great. Bart has received two different dealer awards from ML, so he seems to know what he is doing. Donald in Houston, and Steve in far distant Yankee land, both ditto, but I don't think they carry ML.
Others may be as good, but I have not tried them.

I would suggest that you use a forum sponsor, whoever you buy from. All the smaller ones are MD crazies like the rest of us, and they value their reputation here at FMDF.

Thanks John and all! Actually we have one 3 awards now from Minelab. We won another one for 2013! :)

Rock we have many many hours on this machine and can get you set up with the best programs out on the CTX 3030. Evan that works for us designed the famous "Gone Hunting program" for the CTX.

You will have my and his personal contact info to call anytime with questions or tips. I get customers call me all the time from the field with questions. Being the small guy we are here for you when you need us.

We have some awesome setups. Free 17" coil till the end of the month too! If you want to change things up feel free to call. I would be glad to customize anything for you! ;)
 
Use Bart at Big Boy Hobbies he treated me great ordered my CTX later in the week and made sure I had it by Friday for a hunt that weekend. And there customer service is great explaining the machine. The gone hunting program is great . I will never buy from any other place again . Not to mention no state tax if you order from them and on 2500 that's a good amount of savings . CTX is amazing found 3 silvers on that first weekend hunt and 20 Wheaties.
 
I do not know Bart and am not affiliated with BBH in any way. One thing I would suggest though is to take a quick minute to look at BBH's posting history. You will find a lot of positive comments on other folk's posts and a willingness to help others, both of which should comfort you as a consumer.

You can't go wrong dealing with Bart I purchased my CTX 3030 from him and I got it in just three days I can't believe he got it here that quit he is very helpful very honest and great to deal with can't go wrong
 
I agree with going with Bart, but I wouldn't buy a CTX for water hunting... they have leaking problems... get an Excal or CZ21 for water hunting.

Do you carry the TRX pointer ?

I only ask because i don't see it on your website .

Wow, not to bash anybody here, but before you discount Kellyco based on one item or "I heard stories about..." I have made four purchases from them in the last five months with only one very minor problem. I received my orders within three days of placing them, and all but one were shipped free. In every case the prices listed on their web site were identical to everybody else. Say what you will about their package deals, but in both cases where I bought detectors the price was the same for the detectors as it was on everyone else's web site. No additional charges for the extras. Free is free.

I'm not bashing the forum sponsors, but for me, I don't have time to make six or seven phone calls simply to save a few bucks. It's more convenient to open a couple tabs in a browser to compare side by side the packages and pricing than spend a couple hours playing Let's Make a Deal on the phone or through multiple emails or PMs.

I'm not saying buy from kellyco, or don't buy from Bart or Steve or any of the other dealers. All I'm saying is don't let a couple bashes discourage you from looking at all your options.
 
Before I became a dealer I done most of my wheelin & dealin with Bart and know first hand that he is a great guy and a great guy to do business with. I don't consider Bart as competition I consider him a friend.

Bart doesn't sell Whites. Bart is great but if you are looking for a CTX and TRX deal call Chuck at Indian Nations Detectors. Similar great service and pricing!
