Im in London ( more like Heathrow airport) for 2 wks for work and thought about taking my gear out here but was lazy. Jet lag has beat my butt and also severe sinus issues... blah blah.... glad to see there's goodies to be found. Congrats.

The symbol on the ring is an ohm symbol. Commonly displayed by women who are into yoga and other free spirited ventures.

Excellent post. The Om symbol. I also learned something else - to whit, Sanskrit characters can look a helluva lot like Arabic characters. May you be blessed with the affections of many yoga instructors!
