Just found this little beauty,havnt a clue whats the writing around it as its in Latin i would think.Will find out.Im guessing 1200,s-1300,s

The impression is of a ship or boat,thats what i found out so far but havnt id the writing yet.Here it is the right way around

Well devov can mean:

to consecrate, sacrifice, devote, curse, execrate

When I see a stamp like that I think of the butter and cheese stamps that were used centuries ago as a farmers stamp on its products.
