My dog's Nose TID chart

Ok, humans have about 100 digits on their smelling ID TID chart. Dogs have 1,000 digits on their smelling chart and hunting dogs with long noses have up to 10,000. On top of that it is hard to overwhelm any particular smell by hiding it in something that has a stronger smell. Drug dealers have found that it is very difficult to fool a drug dog.

Too bad we cannot get our detector's TID range up in the dog range.

Skip the detector and teach your dog to find silver coins. Scruffy could even dig them too. Surely silver smells different than aluminum?????
