Revolutionary permission

I have an opportunity to hunt a 1 acre property that is exactly 1 mile from Battle of Hanging Rock(Revolutionary) in SC. I also researched and found a Civil War march passed in the same vicinity. This permission is an hour and a half drive for me. The homeowner doesn’t know of anything on their property but they only been there about two years . What do you guys think the prospect is for activity one mile from battlefield and should I definitely go for it.
