Got the yearly phone call from the Parks and Rec. dept to come on over that they'll be working getting the pool ready. On a sad note the dearest of gentleman that was in charge forever has stage 4 cancer and had to retire. I did see him a few weeks back and I gotta say he looked extremely well. I pray he can beat it. So the next in line has taken over and is just as wonderful. I got there about 8:45 and left about 11:30. I don't want to run myself into the ground because I have at least all week to hunt there. Its getting seriously quiet though..lol. I've hit this place hard over the last 10 years. The silver Rosie was my second hole and don't ya know there was a few pieces of lead covering it up. I about fell over when I saw that sweet silver color. The ring is junk, that was about my fifth dig. And a couple of wheats to round it off. One being right next to a memorial. Goes to show you things like to "hide". Any ideas on the 35 thing? Has me completely stumped. Felt incredibly good just getting out there, the silver is just a little extra.

Congrats, and thanks! Some of us are currently living vicariously through others at the moment for MDing

keep 'em coming.

Congrats on the Rosie and wheats Gale. Always nice to have a standing permission to hit. Good luck. Mark

These guys are tops. But as I've said it is getting so quiet its frustrating. I wish I was younger then I'd get me a super duper detector that goes deep because I know there's a lot more there. The AT Pro is good but only going to go so far...
