Neat Button! Can anyone ID?

Hello,
I found this button at an old park near the house. It was only about 1" down but very dirty. Looks military.
Cleaned with a tooth brush and it appears to be brass. It rang up as a quarter signal, solid 12-46.

It's very modern. This is one of the four buttons that go down the front of the Army green dress coat.
