I bought Howard Crouch’s book directly from him at a civil war show. He asked if I wanted him to sign it and I said “Sure”. Sadly he passed away a couple of months later.

I would add this one to your group of references:

For those of you who like to use the ORs, and in case you didn't know, Cornell U. has the ORs on line and it is really great and easy to use.
