Idk? For drugs???? It is non ferrous and the ends are purple from heat?? Any ideas?

I don't know about the drug addict uses, but that is a burnishing tool. When I was doing photography full time, I had tools like that for when I would cut mats for burnishing down the over cuts in the corners.
 
I know that Argentinians use these weird little spoony things to press the maté type tea that they drink but I don't think that's it.

I use one almost like that at work. Check the inside of a truck tire to make sure there are no wires coming through the inside rubber. Burnishing tool I think they are called :?:
 
Yes it was likely used for "dabs" which is a form of marijuana use. I thought at first glance it was a dentist tool as well.

sure was, those dentist tools get resold to the stoners at higher prices for smoking hash oils:laughing:
