At a park I hear a lady say to her granddaughter he is looking for money with a Geiger counter.
Yeah , finding spent fuel rods is a real blast !
I must have heard the term Geiger counter used to describe my detector at least a half of dozen times .
Once at Golden Gate Park many years ago , some woman who appeared to be a burnt out , old Hippie started bawling me out because she thought I was using my detector to electrocute gophers .

I had some old lady asking me if my device was to monitor and detect earthquakes . Like a richter scale measuring device ??

Hah! My only odd comments are a few folks who were thinking I was using a Weed Eater to trim the lawn!

If you should ever run into her again suggest she googles "GopherHawk" . I've used this product and it works ! This guy made a good video on how they work and the results .WARNING : MAY BE OFFENSIVE TO GOPHER LOVERS AS THERE ARE DEAD GOPHERS IN THE VIDEO .
