I'm sure I know the answer, but I would like to double and triple check...

Is this button genuine or is it one of the tourist shop buttons?

It feels like it's cast from lead, but ithere is rust where the hole is drilled for the shank. I'm not sure if there is iron inside reinforcing the shank? Or if someone actually wore this and used an iron pin to hold it on.

It weighs 11.8 grams, in case anyone knows what a real lead button might weigh. Any help is appreciated.

The only one piece shown in Albert's book is lined on the front. I can't show a picture as, in the south east the net isn't working very well.
