Xp Deus 2 external speaker issue

Either there is a problem with your remote or Remote speaker is not selected, Remote speaker volume is turned OFF or your Remote is not setup as the master.

Turn on, select speaker for volume, press Options button (top left) and select Audio, check the volume for the speaker.

A short cut is to select a program's main menu screen, press and hold the plus or minus buttons and you will see the audio device selected and its volume level in the clock/battery level area of the screen (bottom left).

I have tried all suggestions, but still cannot get exterior speaker to come on. I m a y have to contact deus and maybe get it sent in. Thanks for you help.
