The Castle Guards noticed 2 sweet old ladies walking by the front gate. The Royal Guards, knowing KT's penchant for these older ladies, asked them if they would like to rest awhile on the Garden Grounds, until KT and the Queen arrived back. The ladies were most happy and were served tea and scones while they rested from their travels. Upon the Royal Families return, KT was informed of visitors in the Garden so He went out, met with them, and invited them, if they had nothing better to do, to stay for a Royal Feast. They were amenable to His Majesty's invitation, and after supper, they made themselves ready to leave, when His Majesty offered them the company of many ladies in KT's Royal Chambers. They were surprised, but most appreciative of the gesture! Once they were introduced to all the other ladies, both older and younger, one stated, Why we would love to stay here as long as you would have us! To which KT replied, My Ladies, you have a permanent residence here so long as KT is King! The other ladies crowded around them and escorted them in to their bed chamber. They were very ready for a rest and happily slid into one of the Royal Silver tubes for a nice long nap!
The Royal Guards had gotten the Resident Castle photographer to snap a nice portrait of them before they went for a rest in the Royal Garden and that picture was passed on to KT to add to his Royal Album of guests and visitors to the Royal Court! It is shown below for all to see and enjoy!
