Found this pin at an 1845 home. 26th annual ohio convention. But does anyone know what was the convention for?

I'll take a wide guess.

"Ohio State" college ?

I see Greek letter so college/fraternity?

Maybe this guess will help narrow down which convention.

Thanks! That's a big help

I see Phi, Epsilon, Theta

Thanks! I didn't notice the Greek, for some reason I noticed what looked like a cross over a half circle on the left and thought religious.

I see “E Co.”, the E inside the C, with the o in Co between the ends of the C. I think any fainter marks aren’t intended as part of the design.
Edit: with the new close-up photo I see now that I was wrong about the fainter marks (definitely part of the design!)...Oops.
