Had a pretty good week... First off, on Monday, I found a 1947 dime and a sterling ring in a curb strip. The ring had a Native American Indian Chief Head stamp in it. Best I could find is that it was made between 1897-1907 by H. Wexel & Co. It rang up 26-27 on the Nox 800

Then, this morning, I was hunting my neighbors back lawn and found a 1919 King George V United Kingdom One Penny. It rang up 23-24 on the Nox

Funny story... Earlier this week, a forum member here on FMD posted finding one of these King George V pennies, and I thought to myself, what a lucky guy to find such an odd coin here in the US. And then I go and find one.

Then, to top off my day... I was at one of my customers' houses that butts up against a swamp. I took the Nox out into the "dry" part of the swamp and a solid 18-19 rang up. Dug about 8 inches and under a cypress root was this pre-civil war flat button with US on it.

If you can tell me any more about it, feel free...
