So far I have:

1894 house in town (owner wants to join us since he's always wanted to try detecting, so I'll lend him a detector. He also has family in town from the mid 1800's as well, so he'll be a great resource)
1910 house in town
1920 house in town
ski resort near me that I detected last year

Can't wait for the spring thaw. This is my year for a gold coin

Good luck!

We're not having much of a winter, and the ground has frozen and thawed several times already. Most weeks there has been at least a day or two conducive to detecting if you can tolerate 30 and 40 degree weather.

Tomorrow I start on a dream permission I've had my eye on for years. I'm not giving any details, mostly to keep my expectations in check.

I have a vacant corner lot in an old neighborhood that used to have a house and was maintained for decades by the homeowner next door. You'd never know it was a separate lot. The new owner of the lot is going to build on it in this spring, so I have until then to see what I can find.

I have others, but those are new for this spring and most promising.
