Your finest coin

Well..

dont have a pic of it and i sold it,i did find a very, very worn 1916d merc,d was barely on.My girlfriend needed college books.I traded my 1921 merc for a c war map book(the big one with every single military map).I am not home so i cant take picks, not that im real good at it anyway.I have more favorites then finest.Got a 179? us large cent wich is my oldest that has a date,And a us and canadian half pennies(1 each)Not worth much but only 2 i ever got.My flying eagle penny looks like it got shot down then run over.Still one of my favorites.I always love large cents and may even have a few i can get a decent pic of.Got pic of one on file.So guess i will post that,It came out of a CW incampment site in VA.

Mine is a 1904-S Barber half, Im trying to find the pics I have of it. Its probably VG+. While not a MD find (surface find), it was found by my dad who is a concrete finisher about 5 years ago under a driveway he tore out.

Found this one only a couple weeks ago. 1903 Barber half in EF (maybe AU).

I have only been hunting a couple of months, but I was shocked to find this in a field on only my third time out:

I certainly cant touch most of the coins finds that are here. While I do have many older coins, this is the oldest coin find to date using a detector. Figured it was only fair to show what has been found detecting since that is what this forum is all about...This is a 1914 Wheat Penny...

This is the oldest coin I've found. It was about four years ago on a detecting
rally in Sussex, England. It was about my second signal of the day.
It's a Celtic unit, dating to around 100bc. It's just under half an inch in diameter.

Absolutely beautiful. The ridges on the stars and their points are intact! I'd put that at an AU-50. Redbook - $200 - $230 depending on mintmark.

Can you post a photo of the reverse?

Here you go - some dirt on the reverse that didn't come off with the soap and water.
