Default Brass Stirrup piece and harness buckle?

Any ideas of what these finds are or how old they might be? I dug them yesterday in western PA. Name:  FullSizeRender-compressed.jpg

Your "buckle" is actually a buckle cover. It is intended to keep the horse's tail from getting caught in the buckle.
