Old Lock brought "Good Luck" on a short hunt.

I literally had from 5:00-5:15 to hit the sidewalk tear outs because I had to take my kid to soccer practice. They hadn't ripped out too many which was good with my short time frame.

Found a great variety of items. 2 Indians (1865 and 1879) A token that I can't seem to find anywhere online and an old lock that I think is, by far, my favorite find of the night. I got a feeling it might actually have some value, but I have not researched yet. Regardless, I like it a ton.

Also got a zinc penny. Didn't include it in the pics.

Got some real sweet finds, the lock and token are just awesome! Can't complain about the IH's to boot as well, very nice!

Bet you could take that to a locksmith and have a key made! Wouldn't THAT be cool?!

I dug the exact same lock a few yrs ago, found it on ebay at the time and they had a link showing that is was a chasity lock

How big is your lock? Mine would be quite the lock for a chastity belt. lol
I guess they made 4 sizes and mine is the largest one they made.

Here is what I know about them (thanks Milco for sending the pics off to your lock expert)
"The Barnes Horseshoe lock.... I think it comes in 4 sizes. Yours is the largest. There are a handful of variations. Some say good luck on both sides. Neat lock. The shackle springs open with the turn of the key."
 
here is mine, Like I said when I found it in 2010 I found it on ebay a seller had a link, wish I had saved it that showed it as a chasity lock.......
