Somewhere between the sand and the water
I went out to five beaches before I could find one I could stand up on. I will try to show the cuts. Sad that hundred of turtle shells were washed out but a good days hunt for me. Waves took me down four times but I found old yellow sand under black sand and had a great day. I could not get pictures to upload. No photos, it didn’t happen.

Nice Dog... was just watching Hoover Boys without detectors were pulling arrowheads and sharks teeth just digging holes where they were hunting...

Nice looking old coinage as well :)

Sometimes if pictures are too large you have to resize them... I have to resize every time I post from my phone...

Wow man, great finds!
Whats the date on that coin, 16 something!!!???

I have found five coin this year and three were not original 1715 fleet coins. Thanks for looking I am trying to up load close ups no success yet. I will try later. One is 1654 the other is 1621 or 1627 I can’t be sure in the last number.

Nice hunt. Not sure if you are on the Treasure Coast but after a nice storm will usually get you near some of the real goodies on the east coast.

It was the oldest for me and I have to say the conditions I was in in high water and rough surf. I’m no sure it was very smart at 72.

used to do that when younger, but not now. I can find the signals in deeper water, but cannot seem to recover them as well. I am too buoyant and I am surely not going to wear a lead diving belt in the surf hunting.
