Swung another hunted yard!

Swung a large front lawn of a 1930’s home. It’s been swung a few times before. Didn’t feel like looking anymore, so why not!! Not much to brag about, but pretty happy with the little pendant/charm. Looks fairly old .
Any ideas as to what it could be Thank You in advance. Need help IDing it.

Looks like a Turkish Ottoman Tughra on the back. Probably off a medal. Hope that helps.
