Default finally hit a silver coin in 2022!
Got this 1927 Merc in my hometown across from my church at a empty lot I got permission to Detect. I only got 3 hours in but the ceazy thing was the Merc was on the easement by atree! Now I want to go hit every easement!

Is an easement the curb strip?

Yes sir it is. Patch of grass from curb to sidewalk that is publicly accessible to all but I get to nervous around my area. I had a neighbor come question me the other day while hunting a permission. Everyone is so high strung right now and can't find their own business.
