Here is a picture of a small .925 marked silver ring I found in a yard of a 1948 house. It is very small (Picture taken with it on my little finger). It has what looks like a large ruby stone with a gold plated emblem on the stone. The emblem has a odd design on it with the letters (E and I) (Greek letters??). Any help identifying this ring would be great! Thanks! Dave

Possibly an old fraternity or sorority, but those usually have three letters.
Can you get a better picture?
Any markings inside?

That is an old college ring sorority

They made them in silver and of course gold. The center stone is synthetic or glass typically. The center emblem is probably gold. The ring if .925 means it is sterling silver.

i think there are some with Delta or Psi attached to the two letters still. but original one got in world of !!!!.
