New place to hunt

Just talked to a friend on the phone... Just sold his detector......His family has some land 30 miles or so south of me ...I didn't know it but he tells me that it has an old foundation on it......Said he hunted it with his detector and all he ever found was nails :!: maybe I can find some stuff and get him back into the hobby... He said I could go there whenever I want....They just use it for deer hunting so the summer may prove to be interesting I'm not even a sales man and I one for one.
