Been gone for a few months for work, but now I am back! I've been home for two days and I had to run back out to my favorite spot to cure the detecting itch. (it's good to see no one else found my site yet 
)
Started the hunt off checking some areas I haven't hit too well. Found this massive chain with hooks; there's been other logging stuff around here in the past. As I got closer to the skirmish site I found in the previously, I got into an area with a bunch of mangled round balls. So I grabbed a few of those and then some more minie balls and called it a morning. It's good to be back!
