really COOL button! (Already ID'd)

in general, i'm not much into buttons, but this one is pretty cool.
there's one word on the back i can't make out, maybe "Patent"(?) and the word "CARR" across the top and possibly the word "Canada" on the bottom. the letters on the front are "CWAC".
are any of you button folks out there familiar with this pattern and approx age and was it possibly military? that's one serious looking dude on the front!
