Not many bottles posted lately, so I Thought I'd post a few of my favorites I have dug/bought through the years. ADDED: some more Meds, flasks, Inks, a torpedo bottle and a tin cleaning fluid (?) bottle from the 1920s.

You would put me on the spot  Hard to say, but I love the ornateness of the Gilt Edge Dressing.

Do you know what kind/type of dressing it was - like oil / vinegar or? Just curious

That finish is pretty cool. I only have three or so “old” bottles. One I posted awhile ago, I should post the other two. No idea what the other two were for.

Nice collection for sure, enjoy seeing you post and answer on bottles.

That's a really nice collection of bottles. They don't make them with any character now days.

Those are beautiful old bottles! I like the clear one with the diagonal writing. Didn't know Coke bottles were ever brown. Love the beautiful illustrations in the ads for the dressing. Thanks for posting this, i'll keep coming back to enjoy them.

Great thread ! One of these days I’ll post pictures of my 10 best dug finds . Nice job . Makes me want to start digging again .....almost. One type of bottle I’ve never dug is any type of historical flask . Nice collection .
