That Hallmark logo was used from 1952-1977.

Hallmark made so many designs all those years it doesn't surprise me they don't know, but the style of those people, it's a big TV, and that "Panel" is in red plus the fact that PANEL shows like "I've got a SECRET" (in red) were popular then tells me it looks like circa 1959-62.
