I found a new public place to hunt. Dug both of these out at the 8+" range with my Nox 800. The badge is from the Coastal Artillery. I thought the Walking Liberty Half was a bottle or can top when I first saw it. Nothing like a big silver to get your heart racing! Can't wait to go back.

That artillery badge is an awesome save. Very cool and congrats on the Walker as well. Seems alot of them being posted lately. Were you able to date the badge ? Sounds like a great spot to hunt. Good luck, Mark

Pretty sure the badge is from WW2 as have most of my other finds have been (wheaties).
