whites 6000 DI pro sl

I have a 6000 DI pro sl and sometimes use a whites black max 5.3 coil for trashy areas. Does anyone know if there is any difference in depth from the blue max deepscan 950, and if I should adjust to any specific settings for the black max?

Don't hold me to this but as a rule of thumb the smaller the coil the the less depth you will get. Although I am amazed at the depth with the 4" coil on my F4. Steve...
