Took for test spin in river, very please. Amazing control, ability to hover at any depth while peering down to take peek. Finally be able to check out deep holes around old speakeasy site, recent rain muddied waters good though. 4000 lum headlights help but joystick and phone for live viewing not water proof, looks like rain all weekend. Typical - new toy = cant use on free weekend.

How much was that fun piece of gadgetry?

I met a bottle hunter that would scuba in the Sacramento River. He had an incredible collection of bottles and arrowheads he found on the bottom of the river.

That’s freaking cool, I just want 1 to play with lol.

Got a link?

not cheap... don't want to get it stuck somewhere in some debris.

When I first pondered getting one 5 years ago these were minimum $8k-$20k for this level of control and ruggedness. The tech and parts have advanced along with air drones so price has dropped leaps.

In another 5 years will prob be one for $200. Will have all bottles pulled from every lake, river and ocean on earth by then .
